Serving Size 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons honey (or your favourite sweetener, stevia works well)
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 cup peaches ½ can, drained, 200 grams

Topping

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablepsoon honey
  • Extra diced peaches

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 F (180 C)
  • Lay the peaches in the bottom of a dish
  • Beat the eggs, milk, honey and almond flour, pour over the peaches
  • Bake for 25 minutes, serve warm or cold

Topping

  • Whisk the honey into the yogurt
  • Top your peach clafoutis with the honey yogurt and some diced peach!

Notes

  • If using canned peaches, drain well so the clafoutis sets properly.
  • The dish puffs as it bakes and settles as it cools — don’t worry, that’s expected.
  • Make it ahead: it reheats beautifully or tastes lovely chilled from the fridge.
  • Serve with extra yogurt for more protein and staying power.
  • Protein boost – Serve with extra Greek yogurt or a scoop of vanilla protein yogurt.
  • Sweetener swap – Honey, maple, stevia, monk fruit… all work. Choose what suits your taste and energy needs.
  • Milk options – Use dairy or unsweetened almond milk; both bake beautifully.
  • Fresh vs canned peaches – Both work. Fresh gives a brighter finish; canned gives that nostalgic soft sweetness.
  • Seasonal twist – Try plums, cherries, or apricots — anything juicy and in season.
