Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt (6 oz, 170 grams)
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and peanut butter until creamy and smooth.
  • Swirl in the maple syrup and a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt.
  • Top with chocolate shavings and/or pretzels for that sweet-salty, slightly indulgent finish.
  • Enjoy immediately as a high-protein dessert or evening snack

Notes

  • I often make a big batch in my stand mixer — it whips up beautifully smooth and saves time for the week ahead.
  • My kids love it as a creamy dessert, and I portion it into small jars for grab-and-go snacks.
  • For a meal-prep twist, portion it into small jars for grab-and-go snacks (or layer it with berries for a mini parfait moment).
  • For a meal-prep twist, portion it into small jars for grab-and-go snacks.
  • Use a natural peanut butter that’s just peanuts and salt—no added sugar needed.
  • Try it frozen! Spread it in silicone molds and freeze for high-protein “PB bites.”
  • Lower-calorie swap: Use peanut butter powder (like in my Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie) instead of regular peanut butter. Mix 2 tablespoons of powder with a little water until smooth, then stir it through your yogurt. Same flavor, fewer calories.
  • Sweetness your way: Swap maple syrup for honey, or use a lower-calorie option like monk fruit syrup or allulose maple-style syrup—both taste great and blend easily.
  • Protein boost: Stir in half a scoop of vanilla or peanut butter–flavored protein powder for an even more filling version.
  • Dairy-free: Use your favorite coconut or soy Greek-style yogurt to keep it creamy and plant-based.
  • Texture play: Top with crushed pretzels, chopped peanuts, or dark chocolate curls for that sweet-salty crunch.
